The CountDown Touch by Interspace Industries is a professional presenter timekeeping system designed for events. The system features an intuitive touch screen allowing technicians to manage countdowns, count-ups, or real-time clock displays.Key Features and Functionality
Timer Profiles: Can be set for any duration up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds. Operators can edit or program profiles “on the fly” while the system is running.
Visual Indicators: Remote displays can be programmed to change color (Green, Amber, Red) to indicate elapsed or remaining time. A Flash mode and a 360-degree tri-color light (CBTL) are also available.
Operation: The system supports pausing and resuming profiles. Time can also be edited while running using the Update button.
Setup and Connections
Connectivity: The system utilizes standard 3-pin XLR (mic) cables for connections, with a maximum total distance of 80 meters (260′) allowed between the main unit and remote displays.
Power: The unit requires 100-240VAC power. The power source should be easily accessible, and the device should not be used if the lead is damaged.
Installation: Displays should be fixed securely to walls by a competent person. Do not use “Splixler” splitters with Big displays, as they draw too much power.
Safety and Support
Safety: Do not expose the device to rain, humidity, or intense heat. The unit contains high voltage; do not open the system. All servicing should be referred to qualified personnel.
